This young woman underwent cosmetic rhinoplasty to make her nose smaller and also underwent functional nasal surgery (septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction).

 

Details:

The frontal view shows narrowing of the nose both on the top portion (dorsum) and tip of the nose.
This 3/4 view shows a significant reduction in the bump on the bridge of the nose.
The lateral view again shows a decrease in the hump on the dorsum of the nose, in general makes the nose appear smaller. Also note the improvement in the way the chin appears in relationship to the nose and rest of the face without doing any chin surgery.
The base view shows refinement in the tip area without making it appear overly “pointy.” She is 3 months from surgery and the incision under the tip of nose is healing well. In a few more months it should be barely visible.

Details:

This shows the improvement at only one month after treatment. The upper neck appears tighter and there is less sagging of the jowls. She should continue to have improvement over the next several months as the tissue under the skin continues to tighten.

Details:

On this front view, the tip of nose looks more uniform and symmetric.
She wanted the nose to be smaller. On this side view, the tip of the nose after surgery is less projected (closer to the face). The nose also appears longer from the bridge to the tip which makes it fit the rest of her face and jawbone structure better.

This 70 yr old female wanted improvement in her neck line and the deep folds between the nose and corners of the mouth (nasolabial folds).  She did not want any invasive surgical procedure and opted to undergo Ultherapy ultrasound treatment of the face and upper neck and Radiesse injection to the nasolabial folds.

Details:

The nasolabial folds on the right do not appear as deep. The neck is smoother and the cheeks areas are tightened.
