This woman in her early 50’s underwent nasal surgery to both improve her breathing as well as refine the tip of the nose.
Details:
On this front view, the tip of nose looks more uniform and symmetric.
She wanted the nose to be smaller. On this side view, the tip of the nose after surgery is less projected (closer to the face). The nose also appears longer from the bridge to the tip which makes it fit the rest of her face and jawbone structure better.
