Details: Note the refinement of the tip of the nose and improvement in the contour of the sides of the bridge of the nose.

Details: Note the change in appearance of the tip from flat to more triangular, a more aesthetically pleasing look. An open approach was used requiring an incision on the bottom of the nose which is barely visible only several months after surgery.
