Description: He had a previous nasal surgery in another country. He had difficulty with nasal breathing. He deired to build up the bridge of the nose and reduce the "droopiness" of the tip. He underwent revision nasal surgery with a graft to build up the dorsum. Postoperatively his breathing has improved.

Details: On the front view the improvement of the flattened top half of the nose is apparent.
